Weston Coonce began his career at Panelized in 2017, interning in multiple departments while completing his college degree. After graduating in 2021, he joined the company full time as an Estimator and Project Manager. Since then, he has continued to broaden his industry expertise and leadership responsibilities, including serving on the board of the Structural Roof Erectors Association. In 2025, he was appointed Executive Vice President.
