Shane got his start with Panelized Structures as a carpenter/apprentice in 1998. In 2004 he became a field foreman where he learned the value of organization. In 2015, Shane became the VP of Operations in Southern NV and AZ, where he honed his skills in client relations and team building. He’s passionate about his work and is known for his loyalty, consistency and dependability to his employees and clients alike.
