Scott began his career in roof structure in 1998 after completing an apprenticeship building homes in the small town of Ocean Shores, Washington. In 2002, he advanced to a foreman role, where he learned the importance of teamwork, integrity, and loyalty. Scott joined Panelized in 2013 as a foreman, continuing to refine his skills and craftsmanship through a strong commitment to hard work, quality, and safety. Now serving as Area Manager for the Pacific Northwest, he remains dedicated to leading with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
