As Panelized Structures nears our 30th year in business, we are readying ourselves for the future with the launch of a new website and a clear focus on our company goals. Founded by Peter “Hoppy” Post in 1989, Panelized Structures began in a converted garage in the almond orchards of Manteca, Ca. From those modest beginnings, we have grown our company from 3 to 350 employees. Our current corporate headquarters sit on 3 acres in Modesto, CA. We service 7 major markets in the Western US, and construct millions of square feet of completed projects every year.
The times may have changed, but much of what we do remains the same. Our founder is mostly retired, “Hoppy” continues to participate in safety conferences, management meetings, and stays connected to the team. Our president and co-owner, Keith H Coonce oversees daily operations while looking ahead to the next 30 years. At Panelized, we realize our greatest asset is our employees, and the relationships we have with our customers. With this strategic re-branding and a strong marketing plan, Panelized is positioned to continue market growth while continuing to serve our clients with excellence and experience. Moving ahead, our goal is to attract and retain the next generation to carry on the legacy of this great company. We truly look forward to the next 30 years!
